Can you give more details please?

    what are customer terms?

is it a new field? or a page linked to customer?

Terms page is linked to customer action pane. When i opens terms page for any customer and try to delete the terms, terms deletes but when go to the terms page again to check the terms, found same terms.

So you have a main terms page which are linked to Customer.

when you delete the terms from main page then they should also delete from Customer?

What did you try so far?

After delete term from terms page, press esc button to comeback to customer card. when i verify, terms are deleted or not, found the same terms. Terms are not being deleted.

My question is why terms are being automatically recovered?
