EDT Table references and Table relations

Hi,

In the EDT we can see these two nodes? 
What does each one do please? and should we fill them?
 
 
 
Also there is a /Reference table/ property on the EDT, what is the difference between this property and this table references node?

    If you try to add something into Table Relations node, you'll find that it's not possible. It's a legacy thing; Table References are used for new development. This change was introduced already in AX 2012.
     
    Table References allows you to choose a specific field, which you can do in the property.

    So if we fill this Table Reference node what happens? I didn't get it? -- there won't be a need to put a relation when we use this EDT in a different table other than the original table?


     Reference Table property is filled with a Table and not a field. But what does it differ the with table references Node

    When you use the EDT for an unbound control, a lookup will be automatically created for the reference.
     
    When you drag the EDT to a table, Visual Studio will offer to create a table relation based on the reference table. For example, this is how it looks like when using HcmWorkerRecId:
