Eror: Getting parent node failed

Hi Experts, 

I am on load view (Warehouse management/All loads), I encounter the following error. I am not sure why that would happen. I suspect if the users have not entered data correctly. 

"Getting the parent node failed"

Does anyone know of this error and possible causes and resolutions?
