I am writing to seek assistance regarding our implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations at EDECS Eldawlia For Engineering and Contracting Company. We have been using the system for the past three years, primarily focusing on procurement and warehouse management functions.
Unfortunately, we have encountered several challenges in fully integrating the finance and operations functions with our cost control department. Despite having an IT and application team in place, we have not been able to resolve these issues effectively.
Specific Areas of Concern:
- Integration Issues: We are facing difficulties in linking finance and cost control functionalities with our existing procurement and warehouse processes.
-Functionality Utilization: We are unable to leverage many features of Dynamics 365 that are critical for our project management and financial oversight.
