Exporting grid to Excel has fields in wrong order

Example when one of our users is trying to export a list of All Customers to Excel.

The fields in the grid are in order Name, Customer Account, Created Date and Time, Telephone

but then when using CTRL + T shortcut to export this to an Excel sheet, the fields are in a different order like Telephone, Customer Account, Name, Created Date and Time

Has anyone seen this before and has any ideas how to resolve this?

    Hi MatthewH,

Is this happening for all users on that form or for one or some users only? Can you share which settings are set on the User options related to Excel export?
