In this case you should create 3 different work order products and link them to the different assets

I assume you ultimately want to track the serial numbers at the asset level for each of the WO Products used. If that's the goal, at the moment, Field Service doesn't have support for serialized assets out of the box.

If you simply track the serial numbers for each WO Product that's used on the WO Product, this is also not something that's there out of the box, regardless of quantity used.

In either case, depending on your requirements, consider extending Customer Asset and WO Product to enable the behavior you're looking to achieve.

As Jason said, both is not there in standard Field Service. We once had an implementation where we had a Custom entity called Serial which was used to track available serials in Product Inventory as well as with the Customer Asset or when handling RMA or RTV. Of course to allow only a quantity of 1 when handling WO Products, like also Thomas suggested, does help if you use the Convert to Customer Asset process.

Serialized Products is not an OOB functionality.  If you want to track Serial # when adding WO Products, then you need to create each WO product as an individual line item and then add serial number to it.  Then, when you convert WO Product to Customer Asset, you can pass over Serial #.

    I hope that helps.
