    Hi,

Kindly check with your local IT support team about the license.

They can update you about the validity of your user ID which is used as sender ID.

    Hi Ramit,

I did, the sender have an Office 365 E1 license that come with "Exchange online (Plan 1)", were you referring to this?.

    Thanks,

    Kenneth

    Hi,

Yes, we have seen this issue previously, however you mentioned some days it is okay and some days its not?

Which application you are using? D365 FO or AX?

Andre Arnaud de CalavonCan I kindly request you to move this to the relevant forum since I have no right to do this?

    Thanks Ramit,

I´m using D365 FO, and if it is relevant, version 10.0.12 .  And yes, some days it is working and some days it´s not.  Before september 15th it was working properly, now it´s working as I explained.

I would really appreciate any help.

    Hi,

Did you discuss with your internal IT team about this issue for that email ID?

Since you are not specified version you are using (D365FO /AX On Prem or Cloud Version  ) check following

Double check your SMTP Server if you are using office 365  most of the cases it should be smtp.office365.com

And Port should be 587 , also enable option(for D365FO) Specify if SSL Required

if you are using AX2012 then use this thread : https://community.dynamics.com/ax/f/microsoft-dynamics-ax-forum/91673/configuring-ax-2012-mail-to-office-365
also, Note if you are using on-premises versions check you allowed necessary ports , URLs from your Firewall.

from office 365 side just check your email account has an active subscription and  valid License, hope you are not using user@xxx.onmicrosoft.com email address  because its not recommended and has some issues : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/latam/o365-spam-abuse-ndr

if you need detailed information refer : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/how-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-microsoft-365-or-office-365

    Hope this help

    Hi André,

I´m using Exchange as a "batch email provider".  This is my current settings:

    SMTP settings:

I have used Test email option with "Exchange" email provider, and it works.

    Kenneth
