Plugin Merge Step is not triggered

Hello there,
 
As the title suggest the Merge Step for my recently created Plugins is not been fired up, it's not even reported in the Plug-in Trace logs, I also tried to debug the execution using the Plugin Registration profiler without success.
 
Do you know if there is a unexpected bug in my D365 Cloud instance (environments)?
