Hi Everybody
So my problem is that i found some bugs during the import export process (with the human resource framework), than i had a call with the customer care and he ask me to delete the app and try again (actually i don't remember exactly if he said environment or app ) but i can't actually delete it because some other stuffs are going on on this environment. What can i do ? is there a way to delete the app without delete the environment ?
PS. the environment is a sandbox one

Are you facing any issue in import and export process? If yes then why are you trying to delete the app or environment. You can just refresh all entities and try import/export process again.
Otherwise to remove instance, please follow below link.

Yes i have some problem to import export but refresh entity does't work at all, i already have an open ticket with the customer care to solve it. But i already discover that there is no way to delete the hr without delete the enviroment.

hey i have another question, is possible to copy an instance of an hr from a prod to a sandbox ? it should delete the hr of the sandbox in order to replace it with the copy if the production environment right ?
