How to update the modified by created by and Modified on field as per the user need using the C# code

I want to update the previous data in this listed field

I am using C#, I want to update the previous data in this field so, I tried all the approaches but field is not updating.

Please suggest me the suggestion so I can update this field.

    createdby is set when the record is created and cannot be changed

    modifiedby and modifiedon record every time the user and the time of the last change happened on the record
