Hi,

I have one query here, we are working on AX 2009 Enterprise Portal which is running on Sharepoint 2010 sp1 currently. Infrastructure team has upgraded it to Sharepoint sp2. After this SP2 upgradation EP is not working and throwing error ashown below.

"An error has occurred. Contact you administrator for further assistance".

All the Reports from EP page were throwing error.

Could you pleas let me know the reason and suggest me with the resolution

Only the reports show the error, or all the pages? (have you tried a redeployment of the webparts using AxUpdatePortal ? )

I would recommend running setup again and install EP over the old one. You could alternatively try to retract the solution and redeploy it. Basically, all your EP artifacts should be persisited inside the AOT for cases like this, making it easier for you to redeploy.
