I have some users that have tried to scan business cards using the business card scanner in Dynamics 365 for he iphone and they get a message that says "It looks like you don't have access to AI Buider in this environment" contact your admin to get access.

As a new admin what do I need to authorize to allow users to scan business cards ?

The link you provided was very useful and we not longer get the message. We now get a new message that says "something went wrong try again later"

Any Ideas ?
