Unable to export xml of security customisation

Hello, When i click on below export button we are receiving the below error in Tier 1 environments but not in sandbox environments.Is there any configuration that i'm missing in dev environments?

Hi Amrutha,

Can you tell if the export was working before in this Tier-1 environment? When was this environment deployed and what is the version of Dynamics 365?
