trouble shoot - How can I solve the error  "Ledger accounts not defined for STC number 'AAGCA9093CSD001'."

 

I get this while trying to post a Sales Order for item of Service category and having Service Tax applicabliity - AX 2009 - India customisation -

    Hi Hari, You may want to check the setting in the Tax Ledger Posting group in the GL setup--> Sales tax--> india folder. You can set accounts per registration number there which may have been missed out.

    thanks... it helped and the error is gone... i had missed entries for Interim payable and Interim receivable entries
