
Hi all,
I tried in 3 different environments and very strangely when I do advanced find in D365, I cannot filter leads by Priority code! I see any other field except this field. Is this a bug, I mean it is really surprising to me that can find all the fields except Priority.
Any help is appreciated
Hi Pop,
You need to update Priority field as "Searchable".
1.Go to Settings > Customization > Customize the system > Entities > lead > Fields.
2.open the field and Change Searchable to Yes.
3.Save and publish.
4.Open the Advanced Find view.
