I am unable to sign in to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Trial

Hi,

I created my work account and i am trying to sign in to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Trials, it just redirects me back to the dynamics 365 homepage. When i try it again it throws an error in the login screen, screen shot of the same is attached for reference. A quick response will really help

Hi there! Good morning, evening, or afternoon - depending on where you are :) Hope you are well today!

I cannot review the error in the attachment, can you type out what the error said vs attaching?

Apologies if you've tried these already:

have you attempted various browsers?

try clearing browser cache and cookies

check your account permissions

verify the trial set up - and when it expires Sign up for a free Dynamics 365 Customer Insights trial - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn

Hi there,

Under "Lets get started" Popup, you are asked to enter your email id. When i enter the email id VasudevaSagari at Alternatejuniors.onmicrosoft.com

I get the following error message
"We are unable to sign up for the trial at this time. Please try again later. Error ID: a071c18c-fa77-4ca0-ae85-2554e1188370"
