    Hi,

Yes you can create new Case with Existing contact set in lookup field on Case.

You need to identify the unique column from Contact and specify that value in your Case file , now map this field to set your contact lookup on Case mapping.

    Hi gustavofring,

I tried to test what Bipin said, and it worked.

Please follow the steps I have given below to try:

1.Go to Advanced Setting >> Settings >> Data Management >> Templates for Data Import, select Case.

An excel template on Case will be downloaded.

    2. Enter the GUID of an existing contact into the Customer column(you can fill in contact or account).

There are some required columns that must be filled in, otherwise the case will fail to be created, for example, the Case Title column.

    3. Go to Imports at the same page, Import data.

    4. View the result.
