Assign Role to the user added to Access team

Hi,
I have configured the /Access Team Template/ in the Settings - Security - Access Team Templates section to assign users who have the ability to update Technical data. However, I also need to assign a security role for the users who are added as Technical Leads (please refer to image 1).
The specific requirement is as follows: I need to assign a role to a user when they are added to the Access Team (Technical Lead), and conversely, remove the security role when a user is removed from the Access Team.
My question is: Is it possible to run a Workflow before a user is removed from the subgrid?

How i can run a workflow before a user is removed from the subgrid?

i was able to resolve it using power automate and webhook (Registered webhook when Add access team and Remove access team )
