Unhide MSTItemLookup form

Dear AX guru,

Some how I managed to hide MSTItemLookup form and now whenever I try to open the form it open with empty small box without any Grid data. I am wondering someone could advise me how to unhide hidden form.

 

Please note this only happen under my AX account other users account do not have this issue.

    Even though I am not sure what you mean...

    I think that you could probably restore the form by opening the Tools/Options menu. Press the Usage Data button and go to the Form Setup tab.

    Find your problematic form and delete the record from the list. I think that could restore the form to its default layout.
