Stock Count Entry - Process Error

Hi,

We have inventory stock count entry completed and trying to process, but getting the below error in the exception report. There is no decimal places changes going on.

"You can't complete this procedure while Inventory decimal places are being changed"

I logged the script in GP and also ran SQL Trace to see but couldn't figure out.

Any help would be appreciated.

I saw a very old post online which suggested to delete the line and reenter and see, but we have long list of items hence that wouldn't be ideal.

GP version :18.4

Thank you!

    Hello Jothi,

If no one is changing or has the Decimal Place window open, I would clear activity records for anything that might be stuck.

The article below has the steps to clear the activity tables.

Before doing this, everyone needs to be logged out as this will remove them from the system if they are logged in. If they are processing, this will cause an interruption so be sure everyone has logged out.

    I hope this helps!

    Thank you!
