My client is running Management Reporter on their terminal server. When they try to generate a report to the web viewer it asks for a user name and password to open the browser. Does anyone know how to change the browser security so I won't do this? it asks for both IE and Chrome. They are unable to generate a report to web viewer.
thx

Babu and Mani are both correct.
This could be also be some kind of IT security policy, I have seen this happen before. If you want the Web Viewer to open, then you need to enter domain\username and their windows password. This should allow the report to generate. Ping their IT to see if their IE could have its security adjusted to avoid asking for Windows authentication info.
Hi Rachel,
If you wanted the user to view the report within MR viewer by default do the following.
Please see below and follow that and you will see the report within MR. use management reporter as default viewer should be selected.
Hi Rachel,
Please enter your credentials for first time and select remember my credentials. It will not ask you later. I presume it not related to browser security, it is MR functionality.
