I have a user who is looking for a button another user has. I have made all of his security roles match the other user but he still cannot see this component in the ribbon. Can someone assist?
Ensure the user is accessing the same app and form as the other user.
Check the ribbon customization in Ribbon Workbench for conditions tied to user-specific data (e.g., teams, field values, business unit).
Ask the user to clear browser cache or do a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5), or try in Incognito mode.
Use the Security Diagnostics tool in the ribbon (Settings > Advanced Settings > Security > Security Diagnostics) to compare permissions.
