Hello there,

I have a user who is looking for a button another user has. I have made all of his security roles match the other user but he still cannot see this component in the ribbon. Can someone assist?

Warm Regards,

    • Ensure the user is accessing the same app and form as the other user.
    • Check the ribbon customization in Ribbon Workbench for conditions tied to user-specific data (e.g., teams, field values, business unit).
    • Ask the user to clear browser cache or do a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5), or try in Incognito mode.
    • Use the Security Diagnostics tool in the ribbon (Settings > Advanced Settings > Security > Security Diagnostics) to compare permissions.
