Hello,
We are using Dynamics Sales Professional and are starting to set up Dynamics Business Central. I'm trying to sync all our accounts from Dynamics Sales Professional into Customers in BC however I can't figure out why BC can't find them.
I have both the Dataserve and Dynamics Sales connections setup within BC and when I look at both setups everything is green and showing as enabled.
Interestingly all of the contacts have synced however it has only synced around 20 od our suppliers/partners into our customers. We have around 700 customers in Dynamics Sales Professional.
I have removed the Table and Integration Table filters however, that hasn't changed anything.
I've tried reading through the microsoft docs and looking for other articles but literally can't find help anywhere. Any ideas on what to try?
I'm pretty new to BC so please be simple with me.

Is the option Synch only coupled records active (Integration Table Mapping)?
