We're running AX 2012 R2 CU7.
I have a user running into a strange issue where their Grid Filter will apply, then immediately clears itself.
This specific example is as follows:
They user navigates to the All purchase orders grid and can successfully grid filter the PO number (This works as expected and the filter stays applied)
The user double clicks the PO which opens the PO to show that PO's information.
The user attempts to grid filter (Ctrl+G) any of the columns on the purchase order lines tab. As soon as they type their filter value and hits enter, the grid will filter by the value, then immediately clears the filter value and populates all the PO lines.
This doesn't seem to be specific to any PO. This only happens to this user on the PO lines grid within the PO (other users are able to filter on this same PO lines grid without this issue). This doesn't occur on any other grids within AX.
I've tried having the user purge their AUC files. I've killed the online user session from System Administrator. I've even had the user RDP into a terminal server and try filtering that PO Line grid from another client installation.
Any ideas that I can try to get the grid filtering to work for this user?
