My client had some issues with a check run, and the check register did not print. They went to reprint the register using the "Reprint Payroll Posting Journals", and noticed journals that were missing. Would there be any reason for this? For example the screenshot below only shows audit codes for june and may 2020 payrolls.
Please advise. Look forward to a response.

Hello,
Thanks for the screenprint. I see one May and June payroll listed, and no others since December, however, the audit trail code looks like 'UPRVC' (sorry, is blurry), so may be a 'voided' payrun? Typically it is 'UPRCC' so scroll up in the list to find the 'UPRCC' ones to see if they are there farther up in the list for all dates.
You can look up in the SQL table (UPR30100) to find the audit trail code for payruns from Jan - April to verify the records are there and what the audit trail code is on it.
Hope that helps,
Thanks
