Looks more like a system error than an ax error. There was probably a physical problem with your XppIL file.

    Stop Ax server,

Backup the xppIl folder and delete the old folder

    Restart Ax server

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\<<name of AOS>>\bin\XppIL

Note: delete all folders and files inside the folder “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\MicrosoftDynamicsAX\bin\XppIL” but keep the folder “XPPIL” itself
