There is a department with several people as D365 users. Anyone from the department can create any PO. The PO has to be approved by everyone in the department except the creator.
For example, there are 3 people in the department: Sam, Pam and Tom. Pam and Tom can approve Sam's purchase order.
Sam and Pam can approve Tom's purchase order.
Sam and Tom can approve Pam's purchase order.
I try to set up, but I have a huge process as a result. Maybe there is a nice way?
