Lodge multiple requests from a word document

Hi
As a council we use a product called InfoCouncil to cattire meeting  minutes and we have the ability to send action request to our old CRM to auto creat request and then require manual input to allocate to the correct team.

is there something that can by done similar for D365. ie We create minutes in word then press a Magic button that would create cases. Bonus if it allocates the correct account. I’m thinking could we “quote” case types or numbers to trigger what needs to be created as well as account names?

thank you for any advice

    Hi Partner,

Unfortunately, D365 can't create cases automatically based on the records in the word document.

Maybe you can create a custom field to store meeting minutes in D365, and you can create a workflow for the custom entity.

The workflow can create a case automatically based on the meeting minutes records creation.
