Link to a server file from the notebook

Hello,
 
I want to use the notebook in order to redirect me to a file in our server.
 
I try this on the notebook :
 
 
 
And it doesn't work. When I click on the display text nothing happened. It works when I use an URL to another website.
 
Any ideas ?
