On the bottom of that post, there is a link for the object, you just need to import that object into your database and run it. It is a custom report you can change the object number accordingly.

As Suresh suggested there is attachment download available in the link itself

This utility can be used for transaction which are getting posted using G/L Journal. If you are posting Purchase transaction using G/L Journal then you can use this

Thank you all for your help. I tried the above and it installed correctly. How do I enable that in the menu? I have no way of accessing it. If I go into  >>Object Designer >>Reports and locate the line, when I click run it gives a " You do not have permission.." message. I am logged in as a superuser.

P.S. Sorry for taking so long to follow up, we had some server issues in the company and didn't want to try anything out until it was sorted out.

You need to check your licence with your partner to see whether you have any free report no available to use. Then you need to renumber the report to the available no Or get the partner to assign the report no to your licence. Upload the new licence/restart nav services and then you will be able to use the report.

To enable the report in your menus --> Go to Menu Suite, find the suite that you use (mostly the ID with the highest no) -> Click on Design -> Choose the required menu on the left side --> right click and add --> enter the type as report --> Add the report no --> Ok and esc --> compile the menu suite

You can follow the below link with snapshots:

If this helps, please mark it as resolved.

    Regards,

    Cecil
