Workflow triggering / Can't find why

Hello,

I have set up several workflows on Dynamics 365 regarding the accounts. 

1. 4 workflows that check if the accounts are actively taken care of by their owner. If not, it switch a field to "Cold". (In a nutshell, it checks if the owner is creating activities)

2. 1 workflow that send an email to the owner of the account when it switches to "Cold".

My problem is the following : I have several cases where the account switched automatically to "Cold" and the email was sent...but I cannot find why, that is to say which of the workflow of the first category switched the account to "Cold". 

I find it very weird but I cannot find anything in the System Tasks. I tried to search workflows that modified an account on which there was a problem : no results. I tried to check all the workflows that started at the time the account was switched to "Cold" : No restults.

Where else can I look ?

    Hi Hao,

    I already checked : I am the one who modified the account, switching it to "Cold". But I am sure I did not do it, so I am guessing something automatic that I created is doing it.

    You can also try to use audits to check which fields have been changed according to the time the workflow was running.

    Hi,

    Please check your plugins. Maybe a plugin performs an account update using directly the target entity.
