I have set up several workflows on Dynamics 365 regarding the accounts.
1. 4 workflows that check if the accounts are actively taken care of by their owner. If not, it switch a field to "Cold". (In a nutshell, it checks if the owner is creating activities)
2. 1 workflow that send an email to the owner of the account when it switches to "Cold".
My problem is the following : I have several cases where the account switched automatically to "Cold" and the email was sent...but I cannot find why, that is to say which of the workflow of the first category switched the account to "Cold".
I find it very weird but I cannot find anything in the System Tasks. I tried to search workflows that modified an account on which there was a problem : no results. I tried to check all the workflows that started at the time the account was switched to "Cold" : No restults.
Where else can I look ?
