    Hi Elena,

Have you verified whether there is a team among the owners of these contacts?

If the owner of a contact is the team, then it does not belong to systemusers.

So I would recommend you add a condition at the top of "Apply to all" to distinguish whether the owner of the contact is systemusers or teams.

Seems like your listContact is returning null in ownerid. Make sure you are using '_ownerid_value' in select....use something like this

Also participationtypemask should be 2 for 'To Recipient'

Add a step to get a system user and then use the output of the get a system user step in the email body.

For any lookup values to be pulled you must query to get a lookup value. Also in your email description use the "Owner_Value" flow doesn't link the "Owner" base field.

Hello again, I thing our problem is in the way the flow is launched. The Flow actually works with the systemuser (Owner) but the only thing that all fields on the form have to be filled in. We find this out yesterday.

We are running the flow from the Ribbon and if the field Available Date doesn't contain data the flow is failed. This field is not business required on the form. But it's required on the trigger in the flow.

So we can't run the flow if some of the data is null which doesn't make any sense.

Just to be sure. We didn't change anything in the flow except we just filled the Available data field and it's succeeded.

Also my colleagues said they experienced the same with their flows when it's manually starting from the Ribbon.

Any ideas why it happening and hove to fix?

Think you need to manually edit your schema definition and remove the variable name from the "required:" - see about half way down the page at the following link johnliu.net/.../a-thesis-on-the-parse-json-action-in-microsoft-flow
