Hello dear forum community,
The following problem: The two headlines from page 1441 (see screenshots) are displayed in one company but not in two other companies on the same database - what could be the reason? Transaction data etc. is of course there.
Many thanks

Hi there! Good morning, evening, or afternoon - depending on where you are :) Hope you are well today!

The issue with the headlines from the Sales Order Processor role center not displaying in certain companies within the same database could be due to several factors. Here's a breakdown of potential causes and solutions:

    Possible Causes
    1. Role Center Configuration:
      • The Role Center page (1441) might not be properly configured or assigned to the companies where the headlines are missing.
      • Check if the Role Center is correctly set up for the affected companies.
    2. Data Context:
      • Headlines often rely on aggregated business data. If the data context for the missing companies is incomplete or misconfigured, the headlines may not appear.
    3. Permissions:
      • Users in the affected companies might lack the necessary permissions to view the Role Center headlines. Verify user roles and permissions.
    4. Customizations:
      • Customizations applied to the Role Center or the database might be causing the issue. For example, a customization could be filtering out the headlines for certain companies.
    5. Cache or Browser Issues:
      • Sometimes, cache or browser-related issues can prevent certain elements from displaying. Clear the cache and try accessing the Role Center from a different browser.
    6. Page Source Table:
      • The screenshot indicates that the page does not have a source table. If the headlines rely on a source table, ensure it is correctly linked and populated for all companies.
    Solutions
    1. Verify Role Center Assignment:
      • Check the Role Center settings for the affected companies and ensure page 1441 is assigned correctly.
    2. Inspect Data Context:
      • Review the data used to generate the headlines and ensure it is available for all companies.
    3. Review Permissions:
      • Ensure users in the affected companies have the necessary permissions to view the Role Center headlines.
    4. Test Customizations:
      • Temporarily disable customizations to see if they are causing the issue. If so, review and adjust the customizations.
    5. Clear Cache:
      • Clear the browser cache and test the Role Center in a different browser or device.
    6. Check Source Table:
      • If the headlines rely on a source table, ensure it is correctly linked and populated for all companies.

It could be due to missing data, different Profile ID settings, user permissions, company-specific filters, or a custom extension affecting visibility.
Check for missing records, ensure the same Profile ID is used, verify permissions, and try running "Update Headlines" from the Role Center. If an extension is involved, test by disabling it.

    Hi,

To determine whether a user's Role Center page can be modified or if there is no data in other companies, you should debug the system. Since these messages are based on underlying data, it may be challenging to identify if they originate from different databases.

    Thanks
    Ramesh

Are these companies in the same environment?
    Is it the same user?
There are many reasons for this, first of all, exclude permissions and third-party extensions.

    Thanks

Hello everyone, it's the same user / permission (super - me), the same database / environment, that's why the behavior is so strange.
