I have set up CV_sendsurveydynamics and have run various test survey sends which are all stuck as status reason 'sending' and have not been received by the recipient. Where am i going wrong?

I have fixed it - I hadn't activated the workflow in power automate! Thanks for your help.
If you are sending voice mails so much, your mail box may be blocked from mail services like hotmail or gmail. There should be an settings for define that for secure mail.
Is only one customer or all customers from same service has problems. Can you check that?
Also there is some limitation in O365 if you use that. here details below
Microsoft imposes a rolling cap of 10,000 outgoing messages per day, per email account. The usage count updates continuously, so you can send additional emails as soon as the number of messages sent in the previous 24 hours from the current time drops below 10,000. Outlook also has a cap of 500 separate recipients for each individual mail, as well as a cap of 30 outgoing messages per minute.
Hi Ersin, Thanks for the reply. I am sending the survey from within Dynamics, and have assumed that the customer voice email template will be sent by the dynamics user using their dynamics mail box (which is set up correctly). Is this not the case?
Did you check your mail setting? If it is status still sending, there should be connection issues with mailbox. Also can you share your screen?
