Hello everyone,
I've set up Credit and collections - Process automation and there are several tasks scheduled. But when the time comes, nothing happens. All the tasks remain in "scheduled" status, therefore I have no chance to check if there are any errors.
Are there any ideas what is missing?
I would be very grateful to you for any guess.

Have you checked the status of the batch job and service? Is the job is 'Waiting' state? Is the batch service running and is the group you are using added to the batch server?
Please, make sure that the batch group (which is attached to your batch job, has a batch server assigned). For that, navigate to batch groups at "System Administrator > Setups > Batch groups", click on your batch group and check if you have a batch server selected. If not, please assign it and review your batch job.
