Hello,
Whene trying to install Dynamics 365 Marketing I facing the folowing error
is there any whay to verify if the default environement has "Enable Dynamics 365 APPS "option enabled?

Navigate to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments then select your environment and click on details to view the settings -
Enable dynamics 365 option is only visible when you create new enviornment.

I don't think default environment will have dYNAMICS 365 APP WILL BE installed.

Please check if you installed a paid Dynamics 365 Marketing app in a trial instance (environment).
