We had configured Zetadocs Addin for our one of the client. Zetadocs Addin is working fine in Server but it's not working from Client login.
Authentication Type : NavUserPassword
Client Type : Window Client.

What error message you get in the Zetadocs Express factbox?
Are you using the Zetadocs Archive Service or SharePoint? If SharePoint - what version and is it on-premise?
