Form Part and Form Refresh

In a form i have FormPart.when i modify fields on form part and modify few fields on form and save form.it is showing error 

Cannot edit a record in xxxx. The record shown has been updated by another user. Press Revert or Shift+Control+F5 to see the updated values.How to refresh now

    Hi Sushma,

    Can you provide more information about your customization? Why do you have editable fields on the form part? This is not a common practice.
