Hi there
We have encountered a very strange situation here we have store database and is working fine for over 5 months , recently due to the internet drops we had to enable the offline mode at the store(5 PC+store SQL server with store online database).
After installing SQL server on other computers and configuring them with offline database
then when we restart the sync service it will populate all tables except products , price and bar codes, these tables will not be populated at all.
So our cashiers can login , they can search customers , but no products to sell at all.
are we missing something here .any help will be appreciated
