Hi all I am trying to perform CRUD Operation from CRM to D365 Fin and Ops using Microsoft Automated Flow.

Requirement: Accounts Table in CRM (if any record is created, deleted or updated) will be reflected in  CustTable in D365 Fin and Ops.

First Step: for taking if any update happens in CRM

Second Step:

Third Step: providing Azure Machine details and selecting Entity name

Fourth Step:

NOTE:  First error came as Object id needs two values I googled and found somewhere that it needs company name as well there separated by a (,)  comma.

Then it started giving error about unique id.

Icannot find recid of fin and ops in flow neither party id in flow so the flow fails.

Any help on this would be really sppreciated.

Thanks in advance

What is the exact error message?

You could also consider using Dual Write to synchronize customer accounts between CE and F&O.

Thank you so much for your instant response . I will try dualwrite process which you mentioned and update if that works. Also is there anyway from flow and as asked I have mentioned the exact errors which came below.

    Error 1:

Only 1 of 2 keys provided for lookup, provide keys for dataAreaId,CustomerAccount.
    clientRequestId

    Error 2:
No resources were found when selecting for update.clientRequestId
