How to add Period Monthly (14) and section of Periods in Pay rate conversion?

Hi everyone,

I wan to add Period Monthly (14) and section of Periods in Pay rate conversion, but it seems there is no option to do that.

My steps are:

1. Go to Compensation management>Links>Fixed compensation>Pay rate conversions
2. Create New and click on the dropdown list under Period
3. There is no option to add a new Period
4. Check Human resources parameters>Compensation and there is no place to change Compensation pay frequency
Please let me know if there is any way in the app itself to add a new Period.

If anyone has any experience about this, please suggest me. I really appreciated for any findings our knowledge sharing.
