We have configured external form through Capture form. Fields are mapped. When we open DevTools and go to the Network tab, and then filter for "/t/c/", we can see similar request: https://5fe34c1f8d1dd6db05ad78a249c09712.svc.dynamics.com/t/c/IvgkEwv4GIs1ScAxmzz6GMONjZFNON3OMriPhE_eLxv/rVsp5lpmbDK_yMF80q5inAQeM73bcYKkbmiHLOak/ISUqp_Lw?trackwebsitevisited=true&ad=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.contoso.com%2Fcontact%2F&rf=&id=9430316937 We don't see any submissions on the form. Store form submission is set to yes. The only message that we see is: The domain where this page is published isn't whitelisted for use the embedded forms Could that be the reason for this kind of issue?
