Hello,

Can I re-activate a Company that is at a <Historical> status?

If you mean the Historical Checkbox on the Fiscal Calendar page, and you are at, I believe, version 2013, there is a button to reverse the year end close.

Alternatively, if you only need to post a prior year adjustment, you can do that while the most recently closed year remains flagged as Historical.

The <Historical> moniker (and <Test>, for that matter) on the company name simply excludes that particular company's employee count from being included in the overall payroll license count. As such, there's really no re-activation process, per se. If you remove the moniker, the only thing you will notice is the total employee count increases toward your payroll license limit.

Again, this is assuming you are using payroll, if not, removing the moniker is no different than renaming your company, with absolutely no effect on anything.
