connect a SharePoint list with crm dynamics database for automatic updates

Hello Dynamics Team,

I am using a SharePoint list in which there is a column for the opportunity ID.

This opportunity ID is also in the dynamics CRM,

I would like to know how to link this record (opportunity ID in SharePoint ) with the correspondent record in the database of the dynamics (opportunity ID in dynamics)

So whenever a user create a new item in SharePoint list and add the opportunity ID, the corresponded Opportunity ID in the Dynamics in updated with a predefined value.
