Hi,
We have recently upgraded Dynamics GP2018 from Dynamics Gp2016R2.
We are using Project Time and Expense feature, however, after upgrading we are facing an issue that, once an employee submit his expense, it does not appear to his supervisor under Project Time and Expense Navigation List. (Image is attached). But the user can see his own expenses. Is there any right or anything else we need to update.

Yes, from Home Page, once they click on Approve Expense Reports, it navigates to PTE Expenses > Pending Approval with read only status, image attached.
However, if a user try to approve expense via workflow actions over emails, it can through.

Is the issue exclusive to the Nav lists only, or are approvers not able to approve from the home page links either? I am not aware of any open quality issues, so it might be best to open a support case, so that we can help troubleshoot this issue further with you.

Yes, I have tried both links, but no luck.
Interestingly, When I add user in WorkFlow Manager, then he can view all submitted expenses. But all approvers assigned in Workflow steps cannot view the pane.
Also I recreate the whole workflow and for Employee Expenses, but result is the same.

Looks like you are using a modified Pending Approval nav list, there is an additional one in your list that also says Pending Approval, is that the default one, and does that one work fine? Looks like the one you are currently using has a custom date range, so you might want to verify that the restriction is not preventing the expense from being displayed due to the date within your custom nav list.

We were using PDK (Personal Data Keeper) prior using Project Expense feature in our organization, and it has been using extensively. So far, with its version upgrades we have not seen any issue, and always love this platform as their are experts who always guide to resolve the issue.

Thanks for your reply. Our Current GP Build is 18.4.1361, where as we upgraded from GP Build 16.00.901, where we use this feature without any issue.
