This error appears when I try to save a new contact in my Dynamic 365 Sales: Exception Message: The user with SystemUserId=e363c4e2-975f-e911-a974-000d3ac016c5 in OrganizationContext=5a392bef-c681-42ef-a95e-bedd6a5eaab5 is disabled

Dear,

This error appears when I try to insert a new contact. Do you have any idea how to solve this?

    Hi Lawrence Teixeira,

    The workflow or the plugin has in the ownership of the disabled user... 

    Run the URL: test.crm6.dynamics.com/main.aspx&pagetype=entityrecord&etn=systemuser&id=e363c4e2-975f-e911-a974-000d3ac016c5 in your browser. This will tell you the name of the user. Do not forget to replace the bold part with your url+appid.  Find the workflow against the user and table.
