Installing LinkedIn lead gen forms for Dynamics 365 Sales not working

Hi all

I am trying to install LinkedIn lead gen forms for my customer, who has a dynamics 365 online v9.

They have a Sales App, and as far as I can read on AppSource, this should be sufficient enough to install the solution.

I have now tried with two different system admin users to install the solution through AppSource, but I keep having the download image saying 0% and after a couple of minutes an error, asking me to try again.

Do I need a Global Admin to install this? Or have they deprecated the solution for Sales App only, so that you need the Marketing App to use it?

Hi sinehelth,

Based on the docs, you need to have the system admin security role is ok. Please check the other prerequisites:
