Hi Team,
I need to select more than one option in my multiselect option filed in crm portal.
How can i achieve this.
I have tried using multi select option set ,but it is working only in Create a record.in edit page showing error loading control
Plz help here
Hi Haritha,
If you are using basic form(aka entity form) then please make sure that the Mode must be "edit" and Resource Source Type must be "Query String" as per the below screenshot.
Once you do the above set up, you will be able to use multi-option set field in Portal as seen below.
Once you update in Portal, the same gets reflected in CRM as well as seen below:-
