Disable message available quantity workorderproducts

Posted on by 35

When you add an workorder product tot the workorder you sometimes receive message that the available quantity is insufficient. The message is correct of course but i wonder if there is a way for never showing this message.
Does anyone know this?

Yes, you can configure the visibility of that message. Go to Field Service -> Settings->Purchase and turn-off notification:

    Hi Nya,

    Thanks for your reply!

I understand it is not recommended but i was wondering if there is a setting to show/hide this message. And if not i'am curious where the massages is handled in the system. Is it the event handler on the form?

    Best regards

    Hi Marcel,

It is not recommended to modify the message that comes with the system.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Nya
