RSAT - Message validation does not identify Infolog message

I'm trying to validate an infolog error message on RSAT using message validation tab on my parameter file.  For some reason the message isn't identified by RSAT.
Any ideas why

    Hi,
You can pay attention to the following points:
Verify message text: Ensure that the message you are attempting to verify matches exactly the text displayed in the information log. You may need to adjust the validation conditions accordingly.
Parameter file configuration: Carefully check the parameter file configuration in RSAT. Ensure that the 'Message Validation' tab in the parameter file is correctly configured to locate specific messages.
Verify test data: Ensure that your test data and actions correctly trigger error messages. Sometimes, errors are conditional and may not be displayed unless specific conditions are met.
Timing and synchronization: RSAT runs by simulating user interaction with the application. Ensure that the message validation steps in the test script are executed after the message is displayed in the information log. Timing issues may cause RSAT to lose messages.
Update RSAT: Ensure that you are using the latest version of RSAT. Newer versions typically come with error fixes and improved validation capabilities.
Log files and debugging: If the message still cannot be verified, please consider reviewing RSAT's log files and debugging features. These can provide a deeper understanding of the issues encountered by RSAT during testing and help identify issues.
Additionally, you can refer to the following document, which mentions how to use RSAT for testing.
